Heather Lamb is a Senior Vice President and the Head of the Atlanta Division for Highwoods Properties where she oversees the metro Atlanta commercial real estate portfolio of over 5.5 million square feet. In this role, Heather leads the overall strategy and direction of the leasing, development, acquisition, property management and construction management teams while serving as an officer of Highwoods Properties, Inc. Highwoods Properties, Inc. is a publicly traded real estate investment trust which owns, develops, acquires, leases and manages properties primarily in the Best Business Districts of Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Nashville, Orlando, Raleigh, Richmond and Tampa.

Prior to joining Highwoods, Heather led the office agency leasing team at Colliers International as a principal and Executive Vice President of the Atlanta office and was previously a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc. Throughout her brokerage career, she was a strategic advisor for 3rd party real estate investors which included clients Rockefeller Group, RMR Group, Banyan Street Capital, Bridge Investment Group, MetLife, Starwood and North American Properties.

A native to Atlanta, Heather graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management. She actively serves in leadership roles within the commercial real estate industry and the overall Atlanta community. Currently serving as a board director on several boards including the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Buckhead Community Improvement District and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation. Heather is also an active member of CREW Atlanta, NAIOP and Women on Board.
