Scott Werbel Joins the Buckhead Community Improvement District Board

ATLANTA June 12, 2019 – The Buckhead Community Improvement District (BCID) has added Scott Werbel to its Board of Directors for a four-year term. David Allman, owner and chairman of Regent Partners, rolled off the board at the end of May after serving as chairman for 20 years.

As the Managing Director of Acquisitions at The Ardent Companies, Werbel leads commercial real estate acquisitions and joint ventures for Office, Industrial, Retail, Mixed-use properties, and more. Based in Atlanta, The Ardent Companies is a group of companies operating as a privately-held real estate investment and asset management firm. The firm combines the disciplines of research and comprehensive due diligence, with a commitment to long-term relationships, to create compelling risk-adjusted returns for investors. Prior to joining Ardent, Werbel worked with RCG Ventures, Impressa Group, Equity Investment Group, LNR and Trimont Real Estate Advisors/Hatfield Philips.  Werbel received a B.A. in Architecture from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
