Buckhead is constantly changing with new developments and projects. To evolve with these changes and re-shape Buckhead’s future, five Buckhead organizations, including Livable Buckhead, Buckhead CID, Buckhead Coalition, Buckhead Business Association and Buckhead Rotary, have created a master plan called BUCKHEAD REdeFINED to address these changes in Buckhead’s demographics and land use, and to create a plan for maximizing the opportunities they present. This plan builds upon nearly two decades of success in the Buckhead area. The planning effort was paid for by the Buckhead CID with grant support from the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) Livable Centers Initiative Program.
