In 2013, the BCID with help from Charlie Loudermilk, worked for more than two years to redevelop this City of Atlanta Park into a green space that residents and visitors can enjoy for years to come. The $2.4 million in renovations included a grassy lawn, water feature, chairs and table on a stone patio and a 50-foot clock tower that resembles the one from Charlie Loudermilk’s alma mater, the University of North Carolina.
