SPI-9 Expansion
The Buckhead CID, in partnership with the Buckhead Alliance, the City of Atlanta, BATMA and NPU-B, is seeking consulting services to update the current SPI-9 (Buckhead Village) district to expand the geographic area and update requirements to address such items as sidewalks and street trees, parking and loading, open space requirements, building façades, and transitional buffering for adjacent low density residential, and provide simplified administration related to the area. The scope of services will include an existing conditions analysis, drafting the code language and coordination with the City of Atlanta for through the approval process. Public engagement is a significant consideration.
